The heat in the firing tank is not used through absorbing but directly pressing the air in the firing tank through our newly developed circulaton system so the tank can use heat manufacturing 100%. So the fuel consuming is minimized and life of firing tank is extended to maximum level. Quality and homogenous cooking is provided with low energy consuming. Through the innovaton at the steam producing system, plenty of steam is availed so required humidity for each pan is extremely provided. Optionally, touch-operated, plc controlled, manual command panel manufacturing can be done. The burners of CORINOX Rotary Ovens are at their side section so it can be easily assembled to every long capacity pastry shop and ovens. Perfect illuminaton is provided through
assembled halogen lamps on the door. Extern and inside body has been manufactured completely stainless steel and resistant to corrosion and heat. Optionally, there are types that are operating with gas, fuel or electrical. Also it can be dispatched as assembling position.
